How we work and what makes us different!
On application, candidates are contacted to set up a Registration Consultation, which is a quick chat with a Help Search Locate employee. In this chat, we can find out what your ideal role is and get a feel for the kind of practice in which you would excel. From here, we will run a search of the area and present the most suitable options to you. At this stage you will choose which appeals the most, and we will handle applications and negotiations and, for locums, your calendar moving forward.

Our Registration Consultation allows us to qualify candidates and chat about particulars. If you need to work around childcare or travel with pets etc, this is the time to tell us. We can ensure that only practices that suit your needs are presented. And on the flip side, practices won't be blind sided by unknown conditions or waste time on unsuitable matches. We know how valuable clinical time is and want to make this process as smooth as possible.
