Experienced Veterinary Surgeon – Leadership & Mentorship Opportunity

We are a well-established, down-to-earth, RVN-owned practice in Northamptonshire, seeking a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to mentor and develop junior vets while helping shape the future of a thriving practice.
Our ideal candidate is driven by a love of animals and has a desire to grow both professionally and personally. You will be joining a supportive team of 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, and 4 receptionists. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment, with excellent facilities and equipment to support you in your work.
