## Locum Registered Veterinary Nurse – Hertfordshire | 24th–26th August

Hours: 9:00am–6:30pm
Practice: Independent

My independent client in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced Locum RVN to provide cover across three dates in August.
Ideally, they would love someone who can cover all three days, but they could consider an RVN available for just the 25th and 26th August.
The Role
The shifts will primarily involve:
* Nurse discharges where required
* Inpatient and patient care
* Anaesthetic monitoring and maintenance
* Supporting the wider clinical team
The Practice
This is a purpose-built independent veterinary clinic designed specifically around patient care rather than a converted commercial premises.
Facilities include:
* Separate dog and cat waiting areas
* Separate canine and feline hospital wards
* Sterile and non-sterile theatres
* Digital full-body X-ray
* Digital dental X-ray
* Full in-house laboratory
* Biochemistry, haematology and urinalysis facilities
* High-spec, well-maintained clinical equipment
* Heated theatre tables to help minimise heat loss during anaesthesia and support smoother patient recovery
This would be a great short block for an RVN confident with inpatient care and anaesthetic monitoring who would enjoy working within a well-equipped independent practice.
