My client in Folkestone, Kent, is seeking an experienced small animal Locum Veterinary Surgeon from 5th October 2026 until 10th April 2027.
This is a four-day week with Thursdays off, plus a 1-in-4 Saturday morning rota from 8:30am–1pm. There are no OOH requirements, and the rota usually includes one or two early finishes each week.
The role will involve a mixture of small animal consultations and surgery, with 15-minute consultation appointments. You will be joining a friendly three-vet practice with an excellent support team of four RVNs and two SVNs.
The practice has a lovely and genuinely appreciative client base, with complaints being uncommon. The team prides itself on being approachable and genuine, with most clients on first-name terms.
