Full Time | 4-Day Week | Independent Practice
My client, a well-established independent small animal practice in East Sussex, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly, welcoming, and highly supportive team.
Established over a decade ago, this independent practice has built an excellent reputation within the local community and further afield for providing exceptional patient care and outstanding client service. The practice combines a genuine family feel with high clinical standards, creating an environment where both patients and team members thrive.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload, with exposure to a broad range of medical and surgical cases. The practice regularly manages orthopaedic procedures, soft tissue surgery, BOAS cases, cardiology investigations, and much more, offering excellent opportunities for clinical development and job satisfaction.
The practice benefits from modern facilities and equipment, alongside visiting specialists who help ensure the majority of advanced procedures can be performed in-house. This creates a stimulating clinical environment where nurses are actively involved in patient care and encouraged to fully utilise their skills.

The Role:
• 40 hours per week across 4 days
• 1 in 5 Saturday mornings
• No out-of-hours
• No Bank Holiday work
• Theatre nursing
• Anaesthesia monitoring
• Inpatient care
• Nurse consultations
• Laboratory and diagnostic support
• Working alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team
