My client, a friendly and well-established independent first opinion practice in Middlesex, is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their welcoming and supportive team.

Theyre searching for someone who enjoys good quality general practice, values clinical freedom and wants to work in an environment where teamwork and patient care always come first. Personality and team fit are just as important as clinical ability, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term home.

The Role
4-day working week
Routine consultations and first opinion surgery
Saturday mornings on a shared rota basis
Minimal sole charge

This position would suit a confident GP Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys the variety of first opinion practice and wants the autonomy to work in a way that suits their individual style.

About the Practice
This is a genuinely supportive independent practice with an experienced nursing and support team who work collaboratively and enjoy what they do. The culture is open, friendly and encouraging, with everyone pulling together to provide excellent care for both patients and clients.

Clinical freedom is actively encouraged, and the practice is always happy to invest in both its people and its equipment. Whether you have a particular consulting style, a surgical interest or an area youd like to develop further, youll be supported to make the role your own.

Youll be joining a strong clinical team with experienced vets, certificate holders and a range of visiting specialists, allowing many referral cases to remain in-house. Its an excellent environment for sharing knowledge, developing skills and delivering high-quality medicine.

About You
My client is ideally looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of three years UK small animal experience who is confident with routine consultations and GP surgery.

UK graduates are preferred, and relocation assistance can be considered for the right candidate.

Most importantly, theyre looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, builds strong client relationships and wants to contribute positively to a friendly independent practice.

Salary & Benefits
