Veterinary Surgeon – West London – Full-Time or Part-Time
My client, a well-established and genuinely independent small animal practice in West London, is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and highly experienced team.
This role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility to create a working pattern and benefits package that suits the successful candidate.
The practice offers an excellent work-life balance, with no out-of-hours, no on-call, no bank holiday working and only Saturday mornings on a shared rota. This is an excellent opportunity for a vet who values clinical freedom, continuity of care and the chance to develop lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
About the Practice
The practice has served its local community for more than 25 years and has developed a loyal and appreciative client base. Its independent status enables the clinical team to make decisions based on the individual needs of each patient and client.
The experienced veterinary, nursing and support teams manage the majority of cases internally, with access to excellent referral hospitals when required. Visiting clinicians and certificate holders also provide additional expertise in areas including diagnostic imaging, surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology and dermatology.
The practice is equipped with:
Digital radiography
High-quality ultrasound
Full IDEXX in-house laboratory
Modern anaesthetic and patient-monitoring equipment
Excellent consulting facilities
Well-equipped surgical facilities
The owners are happy to consider investing in additional equipment or technology where this would help the successful vet provide the best possible clinical care.
